Our products are shipped usually within 3-5 business days using the carrier chosen by the buyer. Depending on the product manufacturer this time may vary. We are subject to manufacturer’s inventories and production timelines and for that reason we may have delays in shipping your purchase. Among the usual carriers are FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and others.
Depending on the destination address, it may vary the time for you to receive the products. We ship from Miami, FL. We recommend you to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Our refund policy is 15 days from the date you received it. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge upon Manufacturers’ approval of RMA. The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Items and prices are subject to change without notification due to manufacturer obsolescence or superseded items.
Several types of goods like electronic items, are exempt from being returned and are non-refundable. Circuit cards are non-returnables and non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
