Returns / Exchanges / Shipping Damage

Returns and exchanges on unused/unopen items are welcome. All other item were original manufacturers packing is broken or removed will be subject to manufacturer's review and restocking charges will apply for up to 35%. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for returning goods to us within 30 days of purchase

Sales Tax / Errors / Price Changes

Florida sales tax applies to orders shipped to Florida. Sales tax is confirmed after you enter your shipping address and tax exempt forms can be submitted. All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Please report expected errors to us, and we will contact you if your order cannot be shipped as ordered.

Next Day Delivery Limitations

Many products are available for next day shipping to most locations. However, heavy, non stock, out of stock items or remote delivery addresses may result in this service being more expensive or not available at all. Where this is the case, we will contact you with the best shipping options and prices we can provide. Please help us by using your own judgement, if a rate/service seems to good to be true, be prepared for our call.

Area Limitations

Some products are not suitable for sale at specific states or countries. We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped due to this regulations.
