EXTREME CNC Cutting System

A CNC Dual drive system suitable for Oxy and/or Plasma Cutting with 3Mts width and 6Mts length (Effective 2.5mts x 5mts) with dual drive systems on X axis, Arc voltage sensing on plasma with collision detection device and capacitance height sensing for Oxy Fuel. 

Carts for Oxy and Plasma are separate with independent cable chains

Mechanical System

(1) Frame structure: Transverse beam use aluminum alloy, lightweight, high rigidity and anti-distortion.

(2) Guide rail: Both transversal and longitudinal guide rail adopt high hardness bearing steel, solid finished axle, cover chromeplate which durable and long life span.

(3) Transversal and longitudinal drive: Use 400W Japan Panasonic AC servo motor and Germany precise NEUGART reducer, driven rack and rack elasticity zero clearance gear transmission.

(4) Lifting device: Adopt precise guide rail and ball screw run-through type lifting structure, high guide accuracy and maintenance free.
